Where is my mom's phone???

I took my mom's S4 in for repairs at Vodacom Bayside on 11/012014. The phone was purchased on 9/07/2013. With the phone I sent in 2 blown up batteries, one which was the original that came with the phone the second that was bought in 11/2013. 1st we got a call to say that the phone will not be repaired as the battery has gone past the 6 month warranty & we need to pay R715 for a new battery. Nevermind the fact that the 2nd battery we sent with also looked like a blowfish causing the phone to be non functional. We opted to buy our own battery after I had a heated conversation with the consultant. Now the phone was dispatched back to Bayside on 23/012014 (SMS confirmation received), I go to the Vodacom shop yesterday (29/01/2014) and they don't know where the phone is and have not since gotten back to me with an answer. This is utterly unacceptable that a S4 with a warranty of 2 years just gets sent back and say sorry the battery is not under warranty. Surely if 2 batteries does the same thing the problem is with the phone. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out. 2nd, Durbanville is a 20 minute drive from Table View yet after a week the phone is nowhere to be seen???!!!
