This is the second time we went to the Vodacom shop in Cape Gate where the service is up to nothing. We gave them a second chance and did our upgrade on Sunday. The lady cut the sim to make it a nano sim and damaged the sim card. I went back to fix the problem and they said there is nothing they can do, we need to do a sim swop and it will cost us R150. no help at all. We called the Vodacom Complaints line and they forced them to do the sim swop on their account. Its Tuesday today and we still cant use the phone. The sim is still not registered. When I phone Vodacom customer care they said the registration was only processed today at 10h40. So now we have to wait another 24hours. We would like to cancel the contract and move over to Cell C like i did because of Vodacom's poor customer service.
