After a month and a half without a cellphone I am paying for and three attempts to repair the very same problem Vodacom decided to exchange my Samsung Y pro phone with a Samsung chat 333.
Now this might seem like good customer service except my previous phone had a touch screen and i could load whats app and other apps from the play store that this new phone does not support.
So this looks to me like an easy way out attempt to satisfy me or vodacom thought I would just accept this because they gave me a new phone?
The only thing I am certain of is that I will cancell all 3 contracts I have with them when it is due in july!
This is disgusting for such a big company!!!
