Continued appalling service

In Nov 2012 I received invoices from them and I did not have an account. I contacted them to sort it out and after various email and calla it did not get sorted. I contacted ITC in April to sort it out. They came back and said it was removed from my credit record.
In Sept 2013 I did another credit check and CellC was on there again. I contacted ITC again to sort it. At that same time I tried to open a new contract at Vodacom which did not happen as there was a dispute against my credit record. I lodged a complaint against CellC.
I was contacted by CellC to try and sort it out. After various emails and struggling to get hold of them it was sorted out with ITC. They also confirmed that I can open a contract with them. This was in November 2013.
I went to a CellC store to open a contract at the beginning of December. The contract was declined due to CellC systems blocking my ID. The store informed me that the department was not assisting them. I lodged another complaint. They contacted me and said it would be sorted. Once again I never heard back from them. Last week I lodged another complaint requesting them to advise how they are going to compensate me. Until today no response
