Late November 2012 I took out a 2Gig micro sim package for R99 a month from FNB which is administered by CellC and 1st month things went well, 2nd month CellC deducted over R350 on my bank account due to errors on their part and I complained about this and I was promised matter will be sorted and I will also have a credit on my account. This month on the 24th Feb CellC deducted R524.38 which I find absolutely rubbish because my contract I took says I pay R99 per month for 2Gig and last month we had agreed with CellC that my contract should be 2Gig every month with nothing else should I exceed my 2Gig. Surprise surprise CellC took me for a ride for the 2nd month and I paid for something that I didn't sign up for. CellC you have 2 options, deduct the R99 for the 2Gig package I took and pay me pack the rest of my hard earned money as I do not want no stupid credits or else I will meet your legal department in court and you have more to lose as this is an open and shut case. Sort this out now, you are used to people and this time if this is not resolved to my satisfaction the you will hear from my lawyers.
