Please cancel my contract with CellC! I'm not interested in the kind of service they provide. A few weeks ago I wrote to HelloPeter and almost immediately CellC contacted me and said that they wil re-install my Cell number. Thursday, 9 May 2013, a guy from CellC contacted me and told me to make payment of plusminusR619-00.I asked him what it was for and he couldn't tell but said that the accounts department will contact me which didn't happen. Monday, 13 May 2013, I received an email from someone to find out if the problem was solved, I emailed him that it wasn't. He called me and said that I had a credit on the new contract of R1000-00, which started in January 2013, and that they took that R1000-00 to pay off the "old" account. I explained to him that it was a lot of nonsense and that I don't owe them anything on the "old" account. Then I received a bill for November 2012, of R1076-00 which was paid on 10 December 2012, now suddenly I owe them R1076-00? First I owe them -R619-00, then suddenly I have a credit of R1000-00, then they sent me a bill that I owe them R1076-00? I'm trying to solve this problem since 29 March 2013.Just cancel the contract. Thank you!
