Still no response almost 3 months late

On 15 December 2012 I reported on Hello Peter that CellC did not respond to my emails or sorted out my complaint. On the same day I got a reply from Hello Peter stating that CellC did respond and I could expect a reply in 54 hours. The response from CellC on the Hello Peter web page was that I will be contacted and the problem will be sorted out. I did not get a response from CellC so I send them another email on 18 December 2012 and they did again not reply to my email.
I called CellC today on 21 January 2013 to find out when they would contact me. I had to hold on for about 15 minutes to speak to a manager and I was told by Brenda Pshikhudo (who claims to be a manager) that she will get Riaz to call me. Now all I have to do is wait some more... now it is really irresponsible to keep doing the same thing if you want a different result so I will not wait anymore because waiting produces zero results.
This was really a simple matter that I brought to their attention in November and yet the fact that they don't respond is causing me to make this an issue of principle.
Come on CellC I challenge you prove to me that you are not the worst service provider in this country.
