Good day, I took a laptop contract with CellC of which I returned the following day due to bad response and requested it be cancelled but they could not cancel until they had confirmation that the laptop was in excellent condition. After about 3 days I got a call from Ashiq that the laptop had been returned and confirmed in good condition but I told him I did not want the laptop anymore as got a better deal but the contract was never cancelled. Three (3) debits went off my account and after numerous attempts to get the contract cancelled it, it was after threats. I just checked my credit rating and am listed as a slow payer by CellC. I have 2 contracts with CellC which I paid on time and full payment. My 3rd contract has been paid up and also with good record. I have sent an email to the area manager but with no feedback or ackowledgement of the email her name Tanya Joubert. Clearly CellC thinks they can mess around with peoples credit ratings and get away with it. At this particular moment my name is a mess and after being such a good payer with all my other contracts I thought CellC would try to assist or get an apology of some sort but clearly my emails & complaints are not heard
