Extremely bad service

Previously I had lodged a compliant regarding a account. this was finally sorted out after months of struggling. I also lost a contract at Vodacom due to this. The media consultant informed me that she would follow up and try and get me a similar contract at cellc. That never happened. I went on my own to apply for a contract and now cant get one due to the department blocking my ID. The cellc store in centurion has been very helpful in trying to assist but is alos not getting anywhere. the media consultant which would have assisted me is also not responding to my emails. And all Cellc can do is apologise. What ever happened to keeping the customer happy. Apologies is now not enough anymore. This entire experience is costing me money and apologies is not acceptable anymore.
