I had cellc contract which i have settled in December 2012 at Rosebank cellc branch. i paid R350 Rosebank Nedbank branch settlement amount and hand the copy of deposit slip to cellc counter. The lady who was assisting me give me a copy of fax as a prove that the documents were sent to a relevant department. Around February i received a letter from cellc asking me to pay R50. I went to cellc Keywest (Krugersdorp) to check what is going on, the guy told me that i have to pay again to close my accounts. i have made a payment of R50 X 2 to close my accounts.
Around May this year i received a call from RL Day Attorneys claiming that i owe them R1600 because i did not pay my cellc account. i phoned cellc legal to check what is going on and the person who was assisting confirmed that i am not owing cellc anymore and my contract has been cancelled.
On the 30/11/2013 i received a SMS saying that i have not pay my cellc account and i must make payment today. Ref : 4623487 and call them at 0861797773.
Please i need this problem to be resolved because is affecting my credit record and my name is listed on credit as a bad dedt
