Horrible service

On friday 24/01/2014 i purchased a modem from cell c on a open plan 24 month contract. I was told that a R50 "overdraft" would be set on my account so when i finish the data i would not go over R50, this was not done. It was not explained to me that my first charge would only go off on 25/02/2014 as i expected it on 25/01/2014. The nest issue is that when i started using the modem it first used the R50 overdraft instead of using the data first. When i went to report this and cancel the contract because it was not what i had signed up for, i was met with a barrage of verbal assault by the young lady who was assisting me. Shouting and laughing at me, and almost coming close to swearing at me. I am very disappointed and i would never recommend cell c to anyone. I still want to cancel the contract but i was told i can only cancel it in March and i now i am forced to pay for another month of this service. im not going to leave it tha as this is my money and not theirs
