Outstanding staff membe

I have been struggling with a Samsung Pocket Plus that drops calls, fails to connect and to receive calls. This is still not sorted out. However, Andriana is an outstandingly good employee that does her utmost to assist. This is the fourth time I have had anything to do with her, and she is great!
