Hi,

I took out a modem. Nokia CS-19 stick with 2gb for R167 per month. I received the stick but upon using it, It wasnt compatible with my Apple Macbook Air Laptop. Technical support tried to send me the required drives but even after downloading the drives the modem wasnt functional. I then contacted Cell C direct to cancel the contract and the pick up their modem and sim card. They collected the modem and assured me that the contract was cancelled. Fast forward to this month end they debit my account for the modem. I then contacted them last thursday and requested a refund and cancellation of the contract and was assured again that its done and that my refund will be paid in 7 days I even got referrence numbers 3050201198 and 305021195. I then call them today to sign up for a new contract sim card deal and I was informed that the data contract deal was still active, meaning that should I not have called them they would have debitted my account again this month and left me wondering when my refund will come thru. Please sort this out for me. As I wouldnt want to cancel the new contract I took out today.
