I took a contract with cell c red bull mobile data contract 2 years back. I did all required process to cancel the contract. I even wrote an email on the 16th of December 2013. They told me that the last debit will go through on the 1st of January 2014. Last week friday the debit order of R128.51 went through again despite all my effort to end it. When I call the call center, the lady with the name Lebohang Maremane responded with a very bad attitude. I will do my level best to reverse that amount. But I would like to warn the clients who are having contract with Cell C especially the Red Bull Mobile contract that they are risking with their money. I will never ever again take a contract with Cell C. I would also spread this gospel to my children including my friends that they should never take a contract with Cell C.
