According to my knowledge my contract expired October 2013, as I was not using it as often as I would have liked I decided to cancel. The contract in question was paid upfront to lower the monthly cost.

On my arrival to cancel the contract the lady assisting me informed me that the contract in question only expires in March 2014, since the contract was paid in full already I informed the lady that I will then come back at the end of March 2014 to cancel the contract. It seemed silly cancelling something that was already paid in full.

Surprise... a debit order from my account at the end of November. I do not understand how they can take money from my account for a contract that is paid in full and supposedly expires (according to planet fitness personal) in March 2014.
