Sincing upgrading in October 2013 I have had ENDLESS problems with Altec Autopage!! From paying for BIS Service for 4 months while I have a Samsung to magically adding things onto my bill that I not only did not request but have NEVER heard of.
My latest problem is my outstanding monthly data which is as of today more than 10 days OVERDUE. I have sent countless emails as well as contacted the call centre numerous times and each time I receive a email reply stating that a consultant will be in contact with me within 24 hours, days later I am still waiting for a response!! I received the montly SMS on the 17th saying that I have been creditted with my montlhy 200mb of data and airtime. Only my airtime has been creditted. How many more emails should I send??? Will I be assisted after my 50th phone call?!?!?!?
I refuse to accept this utter pathetic service and continue paying for half of what they choose to give me.
I pay for a service so I expect to receive it without having to beg and plead.
