1. I opened up a MTN Anytime 200 contract with altech autopage on 17-04-2013. With this contract I was due to get a free car charger. I still have not received it.

2. I received an sms to say that my data bundle (200mb) was loaded on 17/04/2013, however I was charged for data for the 17-18. (This has been resolved and I am being refunded for what I was incorrectly billed for). But apparently I cannot trust a message that i receive from MTN

3. I never received a sms to say that my airtime was loaded. A consultant told me that the bundle was loaded on the 16th and used up by the 17th. How is this possible when the sim was only registered on the 17th.

4. My R200 bundle was meant to be loaded. I am being charged R184.39 for calls that should have came out from the airtime bundle. I have raised a request for a credit note.

This is my first month of the contract and I have already logged 13 requests to Altech. I have spoken to 4 consultants, all of which have given me different advice and answers.

I expect a certain level of quality and peace of mind that I do not have to continuously double check my bill. I am highly disappointed.
