My business has for the past 5 days been without on-line connectivity. Having spoken with some 11 people at Telkom now, we still have no resolution & they have not as yet sent a technician. Even though they had given us the undertaking that they would have sent one 3 days ago. All the people at Telkom tell a different version but nobody gets anything done - Telkom is totally incompetent & causing my business loss of revenue. I will consider pursuing legal steps to recover from Telkom & seek alternatives.
