Seem to have been billed incorrectly

Hello

I loaded airtime bought that my5 thing and called 3 registered numbers, which I registered because I call them often. But now my airtime was billed. When I called call-centre they offline and telling me to call in 3hours because their system only shows what I did at before 7am. Pls could you assist
