I would like to sincerely express my profound disappoint at your lack of customer care service.
I had written here before, been assured of a solution and NOTHING.
All I got were 2 sms messages saying my airtime limit for the OTA Service had been increased. I bought more airtime and NOTHING has arrived.
I have bought airtime 3 times for 2 different networks, had my account billed and didn't receive a thing. I think its unfair to expect people to pay for a service you haven't rendered.
I have also since been informed by your call center that the OTA service is offered by a 3rd party. This was not told to me. So were does Edgars fit in and who exactly is responsible for me getting my airtime.
The last time I called the OTA call center I was told my airtime voucher pin would be smsed. Ive received nothing.
Why must I spend my airtime trying to get Edgars to give me my airtime that Ive already been billed for. I do not want to be told the problem will be solved, I want to have the problem solved. Ive had words and no action.
At the very least, Id expect a call to tell me WHEN TO EXPECT MY AIRTIME.
This has been a totally unacceptable experience.
