Vodacom airtime

I'm getting tired of this just bought airtime through the cellphone banking option it billed me but i didn't get my airtime. Last it happened i got a call back with promises that i would get my airtime within 24hrs it did not happen nor did i get my money back. I called Vodacom They told me to take it up with my bank.
