INCOMPETANCE AND NO SERVICE DELIVERY

Since Sep 2013 i dealt with a lady named Mpho, SHE INCORRECTLY ADVISED ME ON MY BILLING AND REFRAINDED FROM ADVISING ME ON IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING INTERNET DATA BUNDLES AND HOW THEY CHARGED ME AN EXORBITANT BILL FOR 2 MONTHS TILL DECEMBER 2013. THE MANAGERS CALVIN MDONDO, MORNE NEL, AND ZAINODIEN DREYER TOOK 3 MONTHS BEFORE TELLING ME THAT THEY WILL COMPENSATE ME FOR JUST ONE MONTH OF A MISTAKE I AHD TRIED TO RECTIFY SINCE SEPTEMBER. I WAS ALSO TOLD BY ZAIN THAT I WOLD RECEIVE MY REFUND 7 DAYS AFTER OUR CONVO IN THE FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER, BECAUSE I NEEDED THAT R3400 OR SO BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT FOR CHRISTMAS, THIS WAS A BECAUSE I DIDNT RECEIVE THAT MONEY, HE DID NOT EMAIL ME OR TAKE MY CALLS AGAIN TO THIS DATE, AND I WAS CHARGED FOR NOVEMBERS ACCOUNT WHICH WAS EXORBITANT AND THAT MONEY WAS PUT FORWARD AS A CREDIT TO BE PAID FORWARD. IM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE. HES MANAGER NTOKOZA WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME, SHE FAILED TO EVEN WRITE AN EMAIL, OR CALL, I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE HEAD MANAGER WHO I WAS TOLD IS LESTER GOLDING AND THAT HE CANNOT BE REACHED UNFORTUNATELY. IM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND BECAUSE OF ONE INCOMPETANT CALLCENTRE AGENT I SUFFER.
