This is not my first complaint to mtn.
i receive my airtime on the 21 of every month, i have a 9360 blackberry on contract, and my account gets billed on the 20 of everymonth, this month i didnt even fone or but my airtime is gone, i spoke to a lady at the number 808, cant remenber her name but she gave me a reference number:100723491 i explained the situation to her and she checked on the system and saw that i am not registered to any 35050 or any of those thing, she than told me to call them back on the 21 june for a refund and transfered me to the 1555 contact centre where i spoke to buyi (she had a really bad attitude) she than said she was going to transfer me to the billing department for a refund and the phone than cut off, i dialed the 1555 number again wher a listened to the machine for about 45 minutes and eventually dropped the call, this is really unacceptable and i am really not impressed with mtn nor the service that i am getting from their call centre agents.

Can somebody please assist me in a professional manner or i wil be forced to cancel all 3 contracts that i have with mtn
