On the 2/01/2014 I logged a fault with Telkom regarding my ADSL line - 4 weeks (and numerous calls and visits to Telkom) later and still no service.
I have been patient until now - but this is really pathetic service.
Please can someone who is able to assist and advise contact me to sort out this fault.
Failure to do so will result in me requesting a cancellation of my account (which Im still being billed for).
