No response to queries

I faxed a request to cancel the card on 1 October 2013 and querying the various amounts debited from my account. No response was received but no amounts were debited in October so I assumed it was cancelled. They however resumed theri random deductions in Novemember and really went overboard in December. I phoned a few times to be told that they would call me back. They didn't but eventually someone did. I was asked to e-mail the original letter and query to Karen Walker which I did on 3 January 2014. 24 days later and two chase-up e-mails later, I still have not received a response.
The total installments that I should have paid from Aug to Dec 2013 should be R995.00 (ignoring the non-cancellation) but the total decductions since then is R3587.00
