Restarts billing after canceling! No refunds

I have been a loyal client of Fitstop for the past 3 years and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service and acknowledgement regarding my issue. My contract had ended on the 26th of August 2013 and have sent a letter to confirm cancellation on the 19th of August 2013. I have not received any confirmation or acknowledgement that this has been done. Instead Fitstop has still debited my account for the full amount of R298 for September and R298 for October. After the October fee was debited, I had then asked my bank not to allow any further debits to Fitstop. I contacted Fitstop in October and asked them to cancel my membership again and requested my refund. I was then told to contact Jaco as he was in charge of dealing with refunds. After calling a number of times I was always told that he will call me back and I had never received a reply. Today I have noticed that a new debit of R149 is now being debited from my account by Fitstop. This has become extremely annoying that I have to try my hardest to get a response from anyone at Fitstop yet they are comfortably taking my money and now owe me a total of R745.
