Cancellation of an Account

I have accepted a credit facity from premier advantage and no money was deposited in the account, on the 1st july a total deduction of R600 was debited from account, i managed to reverse R400 from my bank, on the 02 of July i faxed a cancellation letter to Vuyelwa Mazinyo, there was no response from her or anyone from the company, onthe 06th of july there was onther deduction of R200 from my account, i called again and spoke to Vuyelwa and she took my details and said she will check why i am been debited and she never got back to me, i send her an email for cancellation n my bank statement for and there is stil no response.

I need that account to be closed with emmidiate effect, the way business is been run it
