Account cancellation done 3 months late by MTN

Early in 2013 we went into a MTN shop to find out when at the earliest we can cancel our MTN contract and they told us from 24 July 2013 onwards. On 27 July 2013 we went into MTN Tygervalley to cancel the contract. The lady told us that the last installment will go off end of September 2013. At the end of October 2013 another installment was debited from us and again at the end of November 2013. On 2 December 2013 we went in to MTN Tygervalley again to go and clarify why installments are still debited from our account. The guy that helped us, Clinton, looked on the system and told us that he could see that the contract was scheduled to be cancelled and there was a note made by the first lady to cancel it but it was never done. So he said he was going to put it through again and that MTN would pay us back the 2 installments that they wrongfully debited, but end of December 2013 another installment went off. It is now 3 months installments that MTN owe us because of incompetent staff that did not do their job the way they should. We don't get any response from any person at MTN we complain at on any website. I just want my 3 months installments back that they subtracted wrongfully.
