Mobimoola took my money

I have R1800.00.00 if not more that was over debited on my account, due to double debits that Mobi Moola have been mistakenly taking from my account since end Oct 2013, including now in Dec 2013. I was promised it will be paid back when I spoke to Rochelle on the 12 Nov 2013 . The last email correspondence I received was from Rosslyn Visser, she was professionally apologetic and promised the refunded in 21 days, she emailed on 03 Dec 2013. So far no money has been paid back, they did not even send the statements I requested and did not even close my account as indicated and requested by myself, despite sending an email stating the account is closed they took the R99.00 membership fee. I am still being debited for loans I have not taken and I also have a premier advantage card debit coming off my account, they are from the same company.
I received acknowledgement that it was done in error since I never had a premier advantage card but I was debited again this Dec and a Karen Walker from premier advantage was cc'd on that email.
I feel defrauded. They are my money.
