I upgraded around December with a Samsung Tab, it worked fine for a week then it stopped charging contacted the call centre on the 30th.12.2013 to book it for repairs.
The couriers only contacted my handset on the 09th.01.2014, on the 09th.01.2014 i received an sms confirming that my handset was received at Cellc Repair centre Midrand.
On the 16th.01.2014 i received another sms my handset was handed over to tech for assessment REF: CLC1005139.
On the 20th.01.2014 i contact Cellc to follow up on the status of the query i was not given a straight answer, i want Cellc to reverse my up grade or Cancel it,
i don't have a phone for almost a month now and i'm expected to pay for WHAT?
