My laptop was taken back to Autopage in Hillcrest for repairs and I was informed that it would take up to not exceeding 6 weeks. This took place in Feb 2013. I have made numerous calls as well as visiting the branch to be told next week, next week. 3 weeks ago I was told it had left repairs on the 4/4/2013 and should be here NEXT week. I then sent an email to an address that I was given by their head office to lodge a complaint which I did on the 25th April, I received a delivered and read report but still have not had a reply. Today I once again called into the branch to be told exactly the same thing, I left my details with the branch and they said they would call me later today, well that never happened either. This is a business contract and the laptop is needed urgently. Please if someone could assist I would greatly appreciate it. Kind Regards
