Where is my laptop

Have a contract phone with autopage. Received a laptop with the upgrade in 2012.
In January 2013 (still in guarantee period) the screen went blank. Contacted autopage and arranged for
the laptop to be fetched in Cradock and courier (arranged by autopage) to take it to Jhb to be fixed.
It was fetched on 23January.
For about 5 weeks now have been phoning autopage. The person who I got the contract from and who
organised for the laptop to be picked up, no longer works there.
Everytime I phone, I get placed on hold and I have to repeat my story again and again. There have been sessions where I have been on the phone for an hour and a half!
No one can put me through to a manager and each person passes the buck!
My whole business is on that laptop and I am at my witts end as to what to do. I am paying for this laptop monthly on my contract and no one can tell me where it is or replace it for me. HELP!!
