Extremely unhappy custome

On Tuesday 2013-03-05 i gave my laptop on for repairs at an Autopage outlet in Pietermaritzburg. I was told by the employee that the laptop would take between 2 - 3 weeks to be repaired. I have called customer care countless amounts of times and after many failed attempts I was contacted by a technician who informed me that I would receive my laptop in 3 working days. It is now 2 months later and I am being charged for an item which I am not using for the past 5 months. All employees and employers need to read and remember the Batho Pele Principles to give them an idea of how business should be conducted. I will never recommend anybody to deal with Autopage as they are evidently incompetent. I will also be posting an add in the newspaper to make people aware of the incompetence of Autopage.
