My Lenovo IdeaPad started giving problems with charging and didn't want to charge. I sent my laptop in for repairs approximately two and a half weeks before Christmas. When I received my laptop again, they fixed the problem that it went in for, but I'm really not happy with the condition my laptop came back to me. The outer shell of the laptop is full of tiny scratches, the screen has a scratch and my keyboard is loose and every time I press the delete button, the keyboard dents inwards. As this is a brand new laptop and just over 8 months old and still under warranty, I'm really not happy with the condition it is in now. I gave my laptop in with absolutely no marks on it and it came back in a condition I'm not satisfied with.
