Worst service ever received

I visited the MTN Branch in Grahamstown on the 11/02/2013. Applied for a new contract that had a laptop (Packard Bell) which is R199.00 per month. The Staff member informed me that i would be receiving my laptop on Wednesday as it takes 2 to 3 days for the laptops to arrive. I followed up the following day 23/02/2013 and the staff member informed me that they are waiting for my new deal to be approved. I contacted the branch on Wednesday 13/02/2013 and was informed that my deal has been approved. I contacted the branch on Thursday 14/02/2013 and was informed that the laptop would be arriving that afternoon and that I can pick it up the following morning on Friday 15/02/2013. Contacted the branch again on Friday and was informed to wait until Monday 18/02/2013. Contacted the branch on Monday 18/02/2013 and was informed that my deal had been declined, how can your deal be approved the 1 day and than be declined. I have been a loyal MTN customer for a number of years and I do not appreciate being to and to receive such bad customer service. I have no faith in MTN anymore. Don't think that I will be renewing my contracts if this is the service that I will be receiving.
