I upgraded my contract September/October 2012. I took a BB-9320. When I charge the phone it does not last 24 hours, although I only use the phone to make and recieve calls, and it gets very hot (the handset).
On the 11 November 2012 I handed the phone in at Blue Route mall Cell-C. I recieved the phone back 21 days later and it still had the same problem. On the 6 December 2012 I returned the phone to Cell-C for repairs again.
The second time they gave me a refurbished phone and this one had the same problem. On the 24 January 2013 I returned the phone to Cell-C agian. They did not contact me to say if the phone was returned or not and I went to them on the 8 March 2013 only to find that they still want me to take the refurbished phone although I told them that I do not want refurbished phone because I had a brand new phone and no a second hand one.
All the features that comes with a BB I had no use of but I still had to pay for it.

I have another contract with Cell-C which I cancelled twice already but still recieves airtime and being billed for.
