Bad service received from Cell

Applied for a phone online, i live in joburg
1. Phone was sent to cape town wher i dont live
2. after few days phone was delivered at the correct address
3. The phone was faulty and i requested Cell c to collect.
4. Cell C didn't collect the phone, after a week when i phoned, i was told they tried to call me on the new number (how can you phone me on a phone thats not working?)
5. Phone was finally collected after many phone calls.
6. waited another 2 weeks for them to check the phone, finally i was told it was approved as an out of the box failure, they offered to give me another phone, but after all the above i decided to cancel the phone, that was 3 weeks ago, i have been calling many times and they keep telling me they are in the process of cancelling the contract.
7. 27 sept boom Cell C deducts my account for the subscription.
