Cell C phone me on a stage and ask if i am intersted to take out a contract phone with them. they took all
my details and staff after that i never signed a physical contract with them but they delivered the phone
with Ram couriers at my address. Last year 2012 my phone were and i did report it to cell c and the
first thing they asked me was do i got insurance on the phone and obvious the answer was no but remember now i haven't signed contract i've accept it. My second problem started like the one night i wanted
to charge my phone but it didn't want to switch on and when i put in the charger it just warmed itself so up
i couldn;t even touch it at a stage. I reported it and they took the phone to repairs. After a couple of weeks
the send me sms to fetch the phone and they said it's a manufacture problem which Cell C at Game Carnival Mall could not fixed. The consultants there told me to speak to Cell C head office self; i did send them a e-mail after several times after i phoned them but they only deleted my e-mail without reading it. I am a valued customer with them i got 3 lines with them but do not get the necessary customer assistance
