Cell C not willing to repai

It frustrates me that i always have to turn to Hello Peter to actually be assisted, Cell C this is not acceptable. I had a similar incident last year and i am really getting annoyed and will not encourage anyone to use Cell C as their service provider... I have a Blackberry 9780 Bold which was broken, i then went to Cell C Jabulani Mall to ask if they could repair it, instead the sales consultant told me that i was going to be charged for it as it had been repaired before and it was out of warranty, and offered me a new contract. I then took the contract, and left with the broken phone. On 26 January 2013 i returned to the store, prepared to pay, although it wasnt my fault that the phone was broken. The sales consultant then told the phone could not be booked for repairs as it had been previously booked!!! Apparently the system didnt allow them to book and was also told to send it to the head office at Sandton or go to the Glen. I refuse to travel so far, although there is a store near me. I do not understand as this phone is still under the 24 months contract.
