WRONGFULLY BILLED AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

At TM Pavillion on Oct 31st, 13, I upgraded my Internet 10g 10g Contract to an Internet 15g 15g with an iPad Mini 16g FREE & MultiSim. Unfortunately no device was available & that's when my nightmare started.

Previous Contract Terminated instead of Upgraded. (Nov, 1st)

Temporary MultiSims issued with no device. (Nov, 5th

Correct MultiSims issued with device. (Dec, 7th)

Billed correctly for November & incorrectly for December. (Consultant told me that I will NOT be billed for Temporary MultiSims for Dec 2013)

The Dates for the January Bill are incorrect. They should be for December & January, Not just December.

I was billed for a Smart Plan 100 iPhone 5s Contract that I have not taken. (Wrongfully Billed)

Prorata Internet Bundles and dates do not correspond.

There were a sim and Connection Fee and a Wireless Activation Fee Charges of R200 R200. They are both only Applicable to Sim Only Contracts not AN UPGRADE.

LOGGED IN CASES with no joy of any help.

TM Customer Service is really pathetic and for a loyal customer to be with them from their birth, seems very sad.

Both staff at TM Pavillion branch and Customer Services seem incompetent.

HELP Please!!!
