Incorrectly billed, contract a mess

I upgraded on 5 October 2013 at MTN Wonderpark (Evelyn) from a Blackberry 9810 Torch to the Samsung Galaxy S4 on the Mtn Anytime 350 package. The BIS fee and 100 sms bucket on my previous package was never cancelled and I had to pay for this. My Bill was standing on R1000.00 I was told by 808 no MB internet bundles, no sms's nothing loaded on my contract as per package I'm being billed out of bundle rates - this was corrected but the additional 150 mb must be loaded by the store. I contacted Charney du Plessis regarding the150mb as well as credits that I needed to receive on my account for costs being billed to me as the upgrade was done incorrectly. 18 November 2013 she confirmed that it was corrected but no it still isn't. Numerous emails phone calls, customer care no response. 11 December 2013 My account was CHANGED WITHOUT MY CONSENT from a MTN Anytime 350 OPEN LINE to a Top UP Account!!! I can't phone, sms nothing and again my account is standing on R743. I went to the store 13 December 2013 spoke to them regarding everything - they made phone calls and emailed and told me that they will inform me but It will take long to correct my contract!!! I had to leave No results!!!
