I upgraded my Account on 29 November 2012.

I moved from a Weekender to a Top Up 200. I was told it would commence the next month.

I was also not given all the correct information regarding the phone that i actually wanted.

I also upgraded to 'n Blackberry with the BIS included.

Since November I was billed for my Internet Usage and my contract is still on a Weekender - which i was also billed incorrectly for.

I have phoned Autopage 4 times and every time i was told different information and every time i phoned i was on a different contract.

According to them there is a Limit of 200MB on the BIS and everything over that you will be charged for. When they "investigated" my GPRS charges they found i was billed correctly as i was using more than that, where in fact if you look at my Itemised Billing im being billed from beginning of the month to the end of the month. I have logged a call again for the 2nd time.

I am over this. I phoned them again this morning and was on the phone for over 30minutes and i still DO not have an answer.

No I'm stuck with a phone that i DID not want and I'm losing over R100 every month!!!

Unacceptable!!!
