Wrongfully billed and poor servince

I find no other platform of addressing my issue with what 8ta is currently doing to me, i took up a smart contract 1 and Internet promo 5 with them on the 30/12/2012 however only received the huawei E303 usb with data on the 30th with an agreement on R228 in a month and blackberry that comes with bis for R158 on the 3 jan 2013. which is i paid R506.10 on the 31st of jan and the consultant on 180 explain that R200 was an activation fee, R231.31 was my promo 5 which is suppose to be R228 according to what i signed up for and R58 was an add on device fee and still doesn't make sense to me an explanation would be great, lastly it was R17 for itemised billing which i never received a statement i over looked it but last night i was suprised by a bill that im expected to pay on month end feb 2013 that reads R701.22 the statement reflect that i will be paying R174.19 for my smart contract and R58 for bis not the agreed R158 that comes with bis that reflect on my contract documents .the way i see it the error went wrong at the capturing of my contract and thats something the call center staff cant undo im left with no hope towards the next 23m that i still must have 8ta's service
