Wayne Twine offered upgrades for my personal computer stating "my business is registered so when I purchase computer parts and accessories, the discount I receive is so that I never have to keep any stock as I will be given the pc parts when I order them. All I have to do is pick them up". Start of business hours the next day, he arrived and we once again went through the exact same conversation only this time I gave him R 3 500.00 which he took collection of in front the person from whom he had hitched a ride with. He does not have his own vehicle and luckily the driver of the vehicle was a mutual acquaintance. I say lucky as Mr Twine on that day did not have a receipt book or a receipt from the Company he purchases his pc parts and windows installation dvd with registered keys to activate. All he showed me was a print out showing his: business details: not the company he purchases his products from. So it shows the full amount I paid to Table View Computers underneath the name Wayne Twine & Associates, it does not show the actual companies legally required details etc so I cannot take this fraud complaint further with them. Mr. Wayne Twine took cash out of my hands, put it directly into his own pocket and has tried to say that he is waiting on his supplier to deliver the purchased pc parts to him. Sorry Mr. Twine your supplier says that you never went there to pick up any pc parts as you had never put any order into them as they keep a record of all purchased from every business and there has never been anything done about this till this very date. So more than a year on and you have still not been able to make me whole or even attempted to make this matter right. If nothing is done within the month I will take this further legally and criminally. Buyers beware.
