Black Listing an High School Student

Good Afternoon,

Can someone please explain to me why a membership of this calibre has blacklisted a high school student who has not even lived a life yet? Continuous demands for payment are being sent to her, and to make matters worse, she has not used the membership due to financial constraints and the fact that she is currently completing her matric year. This situation is adding fuel to the fire and causing her undue stress, as she now has to deal with your organization.

Has there been any check to determine if she can afford to manage this? Do your staff earn a commission for every signed-up member? This is concerning a gym subscription that she has not used since February, and we are now approaching the end of July. She is in her matric year, studying diligently, and we cannot afford to deal with this additional problem.

I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter.
