Worst service ever

Ive changed by Surname at the Rustenburg after i got married 10 years ago. The last time was 5 years ago, ok but still I am listed as Steyn. I had a delivery which was under my previous surname although i am Gloy now. The delivery could not be made due to the discrepancies in the surnames -I DO UNDERSTAND THIS. A guy called me very professional and told he will wait for the parcel to be delivered at the Vodacom Warehouse and then arrange for the parcel to be collected at a Vodacom Shop in Rustenburg. He called me and advise he will get a shop who has this in stock, Friday the 23rd, he called again and promised he will call me at the latest the afternoon or the Saturday feedback. Well its the 29th no call no feedback no SMS only emails premiums will increase. I got 3 calls from Vodacom Delivery and when i picked up it was quiet and the person ended the call. Now i am called 135 to get an update the lady told me old news, the parcel was unsuccessfully delivered and I have to reapply. She wanted to put me to another department really to how many different stories must i listen to get a final and correct answer.
