Triple-charged, and 24 days for Feedback!

I have been a customer of MTN for more than a decade, and my billing pattern is well established. So, imagine my surprise when I received a bill of over R2000, instead of the usual amount, a third of this! I had added a tablet (silly me - should have paid cash and not had to deal with them) in December, and would not be surprised if somehow the data has been allocated incorrectly. In essence, even if I had doubled my usual data charge and it was charged at R2/mb (surely not the out-of-bundle rate), it would be double, not triple my usual bill.
I reported this on 6 Jan, and have been told it will take 24 working days (i.e. 10 Feb!) to get feedback. This is totally unacceptable, and cannot be called customer service. I need this resolved, and assurances that this won't recur, BEFORE the next bill arrives, not at your leisure. Hire more staff if you need to, or update your systems, but please do not think that a month is an acceptable response time in the Social Media Age.
