Over Charged on My account with no Warning

I got an SMS from my Bank stating I had paid Vodacom
When I checked the amount it was double what I normally pay
I phoned them this morning and after being told that the device is always wrong (which I can understand but nearly 1gig out? I doubt it)
When I asked for an Itemized bill they say it will be charged at an extra R22.80, I have just paid R700 extra on my account and now you expect me to pay more to get it sorted out.

Not once during the month was I told I had used my 2gig and then I just get a nasty surprise at the end of the month I am not happy with the way this happened I should have been warned that I would be charged R2 a MEG!!! (ridiculous out of bundle amount)

I have now had to cap my account which they say cannot be done at the amount I wanted (2gig) but I have to allow them to charge me an extra R50 (25meg) a month before it can be capped

I am not happy with the way I was dealt with and I think it is unfair on the customer that you can just be charged any amount with no way to check why you were charged it without being charged more
