Really!!!.. Can you guys at Vodacom get anything right.(Please read part 1 and 2 of Out of box flops to catch up) Well it turns out that the phone (bb z10) went to Gateway Vodacare and the feedback the vodashop received was that theres nothing wrong with it.im not a technician but do you guys have gardeners working on phones, how does the entire staff at vodashop, phoenix plaza and myself, feel a handset go from 0-30 degrees celcius in 20 minutes, do you expect me to walk around with a hot phone in my pocket. Are you guys enjoying wasting peoples time and money by deliberately selling handsets and watching the public make dozens of phonecalls and write emails coz we like to. WE JUST WANT A GOOD SERVICE WE CAN BE PROUD OF... clearly this is not the case. Reply asap and sort this mess out. I WANT MY CONTRACT CANCELLED AND MY MONIES REFUNDED and dont try to bargain me with a handset. Except it, you guys messed up!
