Wayne Jalis called me several times to give me the option of moving my ADSL line to Mweb. I moved on the 1st of December and he advised me that we could do it after my new line is active with Telkom. In the meantime, he suggested that we make my account a mailbox only as to save some money. He requested this himself. My account is part of my father's account and my dad is the main account holder. The wrong account was made mailbox (my father's account instead of my account), after spending hours on the phone, my father finally had his account restored to a full account and not just mailbox. I still have my full account as well. My father has just received his bill and now the whole account is under my name instead of me just being a secondary to my dad's account. Initially I thought it would be a good idea to move my line to Mweb but after this disaster, I am not so sure. Wayne was also very nice when trying to sell me a new service and afterwards not helpful at all. There are also very weird amounts on the bills that neither me nor my dad understand. I am very disappointed.
